I’m a Software Support Engineer with 4+ years of experience in software implementation, technical support, troubleshooting, and client relationship management across Windows and Linux environments. I focus on clear technical communication, fast issue resolution, and improving customer satisfaction through reliable after-sales support.

In my current role, I provide technical support via phone and remote assistance, install and configure software at client locations, and troubleshoot software and database-related issues. I coordinate with development teams for complex problems, train customers on software features, and maintain service reports and customer documentation.

I also support post-installation activities and system maintenance, while assisting sales with product demonstrations and customer communication. My goal is to reduce repeat support requests by improving adoption and keeping clients supported through the full lifecycle.

Alongside support work, I’m building toward frontend development. I completed a Frontend Web Development internship learning HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React, and I’ve built academic projects using PHP and SQL—strengthening my foundation for end-to-end web development.
