What I'm looking for

I'm looking for recruitment opportunities where I can manage IT or healthcare hiring end to end, build strong candidate pipelines, partner with clients and hiring managers, and contribute to successful staffing outcomes.

I'm currently a Talent Discovery Specialist at Talentrupt, partnering with account managers to fill Nursing and Allied Health staffing requirements. I source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews for qualified healthcare professionals.

Previously at Generis Tek and Patterns, I managed healthcare recruitment from requirement gathering through candidate engagement, interview preparation, offers, and onboarding. I build candidate pipelines while keeping candidates informed throughout the process.
