At Sure Staff (Care Career Staffing Network), I recruited travel nurses, sub-acute nursing staff, and allied clinicians for hospital networks and VMS accounts. I also managed internal recruiting and onboarding for regional operations, including the New Jersey branch office.
During Sure Staff’s consolidation phases, I supported cross-brand talent pipelines across acquired sister organizations and coached newly onboarded recruiters on candidate qualification, Boolean search, and submittal packaging.
At Protouch Staffing, I recruited travel, per-diem, and contract nurses across acute care specialties, as well as allied health and diagnostic clinicians. I trained trainee recruiters and assembled compliance packages for clinician onboarding.
At Sigma Inc., I recruited for U.S. healthcare, IT, and non-IT roles, and prospected and negotiated staffing agreements with outpatient clinics and diagnostic facilities. I also oversaw recruitment floor delivery and tracked submittal-to-interview conversion and pipeline velocity.
