I’m a detail-oriented Data Analyst with experience building dashboards, dashboard & reporting, and translating operational information into clear, decision-ready reporting. I focus on data accuracy, documentation, reporting quality, and actionable insight delivery across healthcare, sports, and business datasets.

In my professional experience as an IT Support Specialist, I coordinated information flow across departments to support operational reporting, planning, and timely access to relevant data updates. I maintained IT systems, support records, and technical documentation to strengthen accuracy, continuity, and repeatable day-to-day operations.

I’ve also supported secure data systems, resolved issues, and upheld reliable data handling practices. I earned a DataCamp Associate Data Analyst in SQL certification and built work that reinforced disciplined record-keeping, issue tracking, and the ability to support accurate, confidential reporting.

From my featured projects, I’ve developed end-to-end analytics solutions—cleaning data, creating data models, writing DAX measures, and building interactive dashboards. I’ve worked with Excel (including pivot tables and KPI cards) and Power BI to visualize performance trends and revenue/visit patterns for clearer planning and insights.
