I am an analytical Data Analyst and IT Support professional with a BSc in Information Technology Management and practical experience in troubleshooting, data handling, and process improvement. I combine technical skills in Excel, SQL, and Python with hands-on IT operations knowledge to support users and streamline workflows.

At Ghana Ports and Harbors Authority, I diagnosed and resolved hardware, software, and network issues for 40+ users, built Excel-based incident-tracking reports, and supported Active Directory account management.
