I'm looking to apply my data-driven mindset, SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI skills to support product insights and business decision-making through clear, actionable analysis.

I've analyzed IT support ticket data at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital using SQL and Excel, identifying root-cause trends and producing weekly reports that helped reduce repeat incidents.
