I’m looking for a role where I can combine talent development with data-driven analysis, improve coaching and employee programs, and collaborate with teams that value high-performance culture and continuous learning.

I’m a Human Capital and Business Development professional committed to driving business and operational improvements through strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving. I bring progressive experience across human capital, talent development, and operational support, with a strong interest in data analysis and high-performance workplace culture.

During my Human Capital Business Partner internship, I supported employee data management and recruitment activities, including interview support and candidate evaluation summaries. I processed and analyzed 1,000+ employee data records using Microsoft Excel, and created reports and presentation materials for management review. I also developed coaching and mentoring tools like employee profile handbooks and procedural guidelines to strengthen talent development programs.

As a freelance transcriber, I delivered high-accuracy transcription for qualitative research (in-depth interviews & FGDs) using a hybrid AI + manual review approach to support client data analysis. I also worked as a QA Speech Recognition Data Annotator, executing high-volume audio annotation and transcript validation for AI/NLP training with peak productivity of 400+ clips per day, maintaining 99% data quality and linguistic compliance through data cleansing and QC collaboration.

Earlier, I supported business development and online marketing on a contract basis by streamlining multi-marketplace customer support (achieving 99% response rate) and maintaining daily databases across multiple systems. I also gained operational experience through tour operation support and led event execution as a student project manager, coordinating divisions and achieving strong budget and realization targets. I’m energized by work that blends structured people development with measurable, data-informed outcomes.
