At Humana Healthy Horizons, I lead community health and population health operations for Kentucky Medicaid, serving as Functional Team Lead for 21 associates. I led the Kentucky implementation of the Medicaid Community Investments Power BI Dashboard, creating standardized workflows and reporting aligned with state Medicaid requirements.
Previously, as Director of Client Services at Natalie's Sisters, I directed nonprofit services for survivors of human trafficking and sexual exploitation and built a tracking system that improved visibility into service delivery and community partnerships. My work across Medicaid, community health, and social services has focused on turning member and community needs into practical workflows, partnerships, and access to resources.
