I’m looking to transition back into a traditional office environment where my scheduling, documentation, and customer-first mindset can help a team run smoothly, support clients, and improve day-to-day operations through detail and adaptability.

I’m a resourceful, multifaceted professional with a strong foundation in communication, time management, and multitasking, built through years in fast-paced, public-facing roles. In my current work as a Client Services Specialist, I manage client scheduling, coordinate appointments and follow-ups, and focus on consistent customer satisfaction through attentive service and professional communication.

I also bring leadership and creative coordination experience from earlier roles supporting program operations and team development. As an Assistant Camp Director and Marketing Coordinator, I oversaw camper enrollment and maintained records, processed staff onboarding documentation, designed and led staff training, and created and managed content for multiple social media platforms to promote programs and events.
