I’m seeking a project coordinator, project support, or junior project management role.

At Proland Realtors Limited, I coordinate client-facing valuation, research, and advisory assignments, organizing inputs and following up with clients and stakeholders. I’ve prepared 15+ investment briefs, feasibility reports, and property performance summaries for management, institutional clients, and investors.

I conduct market and investment research, then build Excel models covering ROI, IRR, cash-flow projections, rental yields, and sensitivity analysis. My work also includes reviewing planning, regulatory, and compliance requirements to inform reports and advisory decisions.

I founded The Curator, an independent real estate research and content platform, where I plan research outputs and manage the website and digital content. For the LV Marina Mixed-Use Masterplan Market Study, I conducted market analysis and developed land-use mix, phasing, and product-positioning recommendations.
