At NW Realite Valuers and Property Consultants, I managed property operations including leasing, lease administration, rent collection, budgeting, and reporting. I increased occupancy from 82% to 89% within two quarters through proactive leasing and tenant retention initiatives.
I also managed a property portfolio generating KSh 19 million in quarterly rental income and KSh 13 million in quarterly service charge collections, with over 90% collection. Earlier, at GIMCO Ltd, I participated in lease administration, property inspections, market research, and valuation assignments.
