At ALTY Orthopaedic Hospital, I support healthcare IT operations, resolving Level 1 PC, printer, system access, and Hospital Information System issues while gaining exposure to LIS, RIS, PACS, EMR, and Iguana middleware.
I've also contributed to database design for a Contract System through schema design, ERDs, indexing, and system structuring. Previously at HOLISTA, I built and launched a company website with the IT team, supported technical troubleshooting, performed website backups and inventory audits, and cleaned sales data into management reports. I'm pursuing a Bachelor's in Computer Science in Data Science and looking forward to health informatics work.
