What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support, systems, or network role where I can resolve user and infrastructure issues, strengthen secure operations, and grow through hands-on collaboration with technical teams.

I've supported enterprise users and IT infrastructure at ALTON INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGY, resolving 140+ hardware, operating system, network, and account incidents across manufacturing shop floors and corporate offices.

I provision Active Directory accounts, deploy Windows and Linux workstations, troubleshoot Layer 1 and Layer 2 connectivity, and maintain Zebra thermal printers and Ricoh multifunction devices to reduce production downtime.

I also bring software development and QA experience from 81 GROUP, where I created manual test cases, tracked defects, performed regression testing, and contributed to Agile web application development.
