At Wildlife Department (PERHILITAN), I provided first-level IT support for internal users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. I installed and maintained computers, printers, and peripheral devices, and assisted with LAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
In a separate role with Wildlife Department (PERHILITAN), I provided content for official social media channels and updated harimau.my. I also created electronic banners for the Selamatkan Harimau Malaya campaign and edited corporate videos.
During my internship at Defence Services Sdn Bhd, I performed hardware and software management auditing and supported server management and network maintenance. I hold a Bachelor of Information Systems and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity.
