At Strateq Systems Sdn Bhd, I provide Level 2 support for the 37D Hospital Information System, troubleshooting incidents and following them through to resolution.

I maintain IT infrastructure and investigate system defects by reproducing and testing them. My work also includes MySQL data patching and extraction, server monitoring, and functional and sanity testing for version releases.

Earlier, I provided first-level HIS support at Strateq Health Sdn Bhd and worked as a Junior Programmer at E-builder Technologies Sdn. Bhd., building, modifying, and fixing Jasper Reports for a client.
