I’m a policy-minded, people-motivated healthcare scheduling and family services professional who brings strong leadership, exemplary communication, and meticulous organization to every shift. I’m known as a hard-working, cool-headed, and confident teammate who stays self-motivated while managing multiple priorities.

At Seattle Children’s Hospital Heart Center, I coordinate resource scheduling within clinic guidelines and in coordination with other services using intricate scheduling tools. I maintain and improve results by adhering to departmental best practices, while verifying and registering patients in EPIC and setting families up with My Chart.

Over the years, I’ve strengthened clinic operations by developing and maintaining tools, policies, and training materials that support interdepartmental improvement. I’ve interviewed, trained, and managed orientation for Family Services Coordinator positions, and I’ve led scheduling-centered processes that centralize communication, support data management, and improve follow-through.

Previously, with Pediatric Cardiology of Alaska at a Seattle Children’s clinic, I oversaw complex patient care tasks including registration, scheduling, and checking in appointments and ancillary procedures. Earlier, as a Resident Assistant at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, I implemented policies, handled sensitive information discreetly, wrote detailed objective reports, and contributed to ongoing training and process improvements—helping create a welcoming, inclusive residence hall environment.
