I am a motivated professional transitioning into IT networking, bringing strong problem-solving and communication skills to the table. With a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering, I have developed a solid foundation in technical principles that I am eager to apply in the IT field. I have completed relevant networking certifications and am committed to contributing to team success in network management and troubleshooting.

My experience includes working as a Customer Representative at Concentrix, where I reviewed and moderated user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Additionally, I served as a Technician at Honeywell Technological Solutions, where I conducted regular inspections of machines and ensured compliance with safety and operational guidelines. These roles have honed my attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

I am currently pursuing CompTIA Network+ and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certifications, which will further enhance my networking knowledge. I have also completed an online course in Networking Fundamentals, where I configured and tested a home network, resolving connectivity issues and ensuring proper IP addressing.
