What I'm looking for

I am seeking hands-on telecommunications work focusing on fiber/GPON installations and network troubleshooting in a team-oriented company that supports learning and career growth.

I am a dedicated telecommunications technician with hands-on experience in fibre optic networks, GPON installation, fusion splicing, and network troubleshooting. I completed a Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering and a Network Technician program, where I developed practical skills in fibre termination, testing, and LAN cabling.

I worked as an Assistant Telecommunications Technician at TelOne Zimbabwe, supporting GPON service installations, identifying GPON components, and resolving network faults. I am comfortable configuring basic OSPF and RIP protocols, VLANs and switch settings, and I perform well under pressure with minimal supervision.

I am reliable, honest, and team-oriented with strong communication and time-management skills. I welcome new challenges and focus on clear goals, continuous learning, and delivering stable, customer-ready network services.
