What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue creating high-quality, customer-focused technical documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams, improving knowledge accessibility, and contributing to strong team outcomes.

I've created and maintained technical documentation for software products at Cognizant, Skyvera, PortraitFlip, and I-Link Infosoft Consultants. My work spans release notes, user manuals, administration guides, API documentation, installation manuals, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and knowledge-base content.

At Cognizant, I own documentation deliverables for three products, collaborating with product owners, developers, quality engineers, architects, and support teams throughout the SDLC and DDLC. I use Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Agentic AI to improve efficiency, and I lead training and knowledge-transfer sessions that help teammates onboard and succeed.

Previously, I managed documentation for three products at Skyvera, coordinated 15+ documents with distributed teams, and met 100% of release deadlines in an Agile environment.
