I use Cursor IDE, Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, agents, Git, and Markdown to improve authoring productivity, quality, discoverability, and support outcomes.

Previously, I owned technical publications for IBM Engineering Test Management at Persistent Systems, defining content standards, publishing processes, and documentation quality initiatives. Across nearly 17 years in enterprise software, identity management, finance, healthcare, and telecom, I’ve led QA and documentation teams, mentored writers, developed API and release documentation, and partnered closely with Product, Engineering, UX, Support, and customer-facing teams.
