Message

At University of Chicago Rahbani Lab, I culture and isolate murine cells to investigate proteins regulating lipolysis and thermogenesis. I also assist with in vivo experiments and perform genetic assays to validate experimental hypotheses and characterize biological pathways.

At University of Chicago SurgBioMech Lab, I collaborated with researchers to improve aorta growth simulations by optimizing Python code and implementing growth models. I also converted cardiovascular CT scans into 3D models for growth simulation.
