What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to advance synthetic and systems biology applications through R&D, computational modeling, and preclinical product validation.

I've supported Ocular Therapeutix's Phase III AXPAXLI formulation documentation while characterizing biodegradable hydrogel implants and analyzing API release data.

At Northeastern and Hollister, I developed a patient-derived 3D peristomal tissue model and built an ANSYS finite element simulation for virtual mechanical testing before fabrication.

I've engineered a dual-inducible eYFP/mScarlet recombinant plasmid system, achieving inducer-specific fluorescence and validating integration through Sanger sequencing and plate-reader assays.

I also built a Python program to assess E. coli cell-line and plasmid compatibility, bringing together computational modeling, genetic engineering, and experimental validation.
