I’m a self-driven Zoom Administrator and Technical Manager who enables business processes and supports complex business applications, bringing empathy and emotional intelligence into every interaction. I’m known for consensus building, road-mapping, and organizational change management that keeps teams aligned and moving forward.

I’ve managed customer-facing technical support and training—leading 1-1 sessions, running team meetings, and onboarding multiple waves of new associates while improving how teams navigate systems. I’ve also consistently de-escalated participant concerns and delivered exceptional service, including working in KPI & quota driven environments.

My technical toolkit spans Zoom operations, Salesforce support, Google Office, ServiceNow, and ITIL V4, with hands-on experience in web technologies including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery. I’ve further strengthened my impact by supporting large-scale events and conferences, moderating and hosting Zoom meetings, and coordinating breakout sessions with clients and customers.
