I'm an Operations, Project, Program Coordinator with 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional operations, client programs, and large-scale projects in fast-paced environments.
Throughout my career, I've coordinated 50+ client programs annually, leading project planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, logistics, documentation, reporting, and resource coordination while ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
In my current role as Operations Lead at T&DON, I've built and improved operational systems using ClickUp and Zapier, streamlining workflows and automating communication for 2,000+ participants annually. I also oversee LMS operations, coordinate vendors and facilitators, manage operational documentation, and support business development through client meetings and proposal coordination.
Alongside my full-time role, I manage operations for an independent music artist, coordinating live performances, brand partnerships, contracts, financial administration, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple projects.
I'm passionate about building efficient operational systems, improving team collaboration, and creating scalable processes that help organizations deliver projects successfully.
