I’m a Talent Acquisition Manager with 9 years of experience across Consulting, Retail, QSR, and Education. I’ve led recruitment teams to deliver both volume and niche hiring while partnering with senior stakeholders to align workforce needs with hiring outcomes.

I specialize in end-to-end talent acquisition—building direct, referral, and community pipelines, reducing agency dependency, and strengthening employer branding and campus hiring. In my most recent role at KPMG India, I led a team of 5 recruiters and closed 350+ hires across consulting and support functions.
