What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead global delivery, product, or Agile transformation programs where I can scale teams, improve governance, drive product adoption, and apply Lean Agile and GenAI practices to complex enterprise outcomes.

I've led technical delivery at KPIT for automotive OEM programs including Jaguar Land Rover and Honda, enabling left-shift vehicle software strategies through Scaled Agile delivery.

I scaled teams from 10 to more than 150 members across India and Japan, governed 10+ automotive software simulation and CI/CD DevOps projects, and improved on-time delivery and team efficiency by 20% using KPIs, reporting, and GenAI tools.

Earlier at SAS R&D, I managed customer analytics and digital marketing solutions generating more than USD 1M annually. I shaped product strategy and GTM plans, drove double-digit quarterly adoption and 10%+ year-over-year growth, and managed technology partnerships from gap analysis through API integration.

I'm a certified AI Empowered SAFe 6 SPC, SAFe 6 RTE, SAFe 6 Architect, SAFe 6 Agilist, and CSPO who has coached 10+ teams on Lean Agile practices, PI planning, risk reduction, and cross-functional alignment.
