I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end AI delivery and product strategy—bridging CXO stakeholders and engineering to ship GenAI/RAG and automation with strong governance, Agile execution, and measurable operational improvements.

I’m an MBA graduate from IIM-Raipur specialized in IT, Operations, Marketing and Strategy, with about 10 years of work experience in Information Technology, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Project Management, AI/ML integration and NPI development. I’m a certified Lean Six Sigma black belt professional and also certified in Project Management, Business analysis and Agile Scrum master management.

I lead enterprise-scale AI transformation programs—covering Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM-powered automation, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)—and I manage cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data Science, DevOps, and UX to ensure Agile-based execution and successful deployments. I also oversee AI solution lifecycle management (model integration, prompt engineering, API orchestration, scalability planning, and governance), drive AI-first UX strategies, and manage PMO delivery including feasibility analysis, backlog prioritization, JIRA/Confluence execution visibility, risk/dependency management, and cloud/on-prem hybrid Kubernetes implementations.
