I’m a process-focused professional with a strong emphasis on accuracy, responsibility, and high standards. I’ve built my capability through hands-on operations work and core office tools like MS-Office, MS-Excel, and Windows.

In my first role at IRCM Health Care Solutions, I handled charge entry and eligibility verification for about 1.2 years as a Process Executive. I focused on managing processing tasks reliably while maintaining quality in the workflow.

At Tech Mahindra, I worked in the international chat process (UK) for 6 months. I then moved internally and spent 30 months on a project called UPS (United Parcel Services), handling shipments (Invoice) as a Process Associate.

I bring a positive attitude, hardworking nature, and good communication skills to every process I support. I’m now seeking a challenging, responsible opportunity where I can utilize my skills and contribute effectively to the success of the organization.
