I’ve also driven automation and customer operations improvements, including reducing a cashback cycle from 15 days to 2 hours. My work has included Power BI dashboards, OMS/WMS/TMS workflows and lifecycle CRM programs, with outcomes such as an 18% reduction in last-mile costs and 3x customer CTR.
