I’m a final-year graduate who brings hands-on experience in startup operations, business development, and partnership outreach. I’m comfortable working independently across coordination, communication, and execution-focused work, especially in fast-moving, initiative-driven environments.

In my Business Development Internship at Ambix, I independently executed end-to-end B2B outreach—cold-contacting 50+ NGOs via phone and email to acquire program partners. I achieved a 20%+ conversion rate and onboarded 10–12 active NGO partners from the initial outreach pool. I also recruited and onboarded 6–7 volunteers into a structured coaching program, coordinating 48+ individual sessions across coaches and participants.

I strengthened program quality and continuity by drafting partnership agreements, contract letters, onboarding packets, and follow-up communications. I conducted pre- and post-program assessments to measure participant growth and program impact, maintained prospect tracking sheets, and managed the full email communication pipeline throughout the program lifecycle. Alongside this, I supported day-to-day startup operations—handling internal/external communication, scheduling, stakeholder follow-ups, building outreach pipelines (100+ prospects), conducting competitor and market research, and creating brand content using Canva and AI-assisted tools.
