At Microsoft M365 Purview Org Services through Centific Global Solutions, I lead Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery program modernization for tier-1 production workloads across Azure Public and Government clouds. I conduct BIAs, map system and vendor dependencies, validate RTO/RPO objectives, and strengthen recovery strategies and documentation.
I coordinate tabletop simulations, failover tests, and full DR drills using Azure Site Recovery, documenting ART, ARP, remediation actions, and lessons learned. I also support SOC 2 and FedRAMP evidence collection, NIST SP 800-34 alignment, and Azure infrastructure automation with ARM templates, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
