I am a result-oriented insurance claims analyst with a BSc and practical motor insurance claims experience. I bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support thorough investigations and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
In my current role as a Senior Claims Analyst, I receive, evaluate, and process +150 nationwide claims across walk-in, telephone, and online channels. I oversee the restoration of +500 GB worth of claims and underwriting data, prepare monthly claims reports, and collaborate with government and private agencies to improve claims processing and management.
Previously, as an Insurance Claims Officer, I managed a portfolio of +10 countrywide branches, improved claims tracking by proposing a new claims receiving intimations department, and produced weekly departmental reports to strengthen underwriting forecasting. I also invest in continuous learning through reinsurance and climate risk trainings, along with job simulations in claims analysis and settlement.
