I'm a Senior Technical Program Manager with 11 years of experience in release management and cross-functional program delivery across AI/GenAI, OTT, e-commerce, and FinTech. I started my career as a business analyst writing PRDs and FSDs for banking products, then moved into project and program management.

At Uniphore, I own program delivery for three products in the contact-center AI suite, each with a team of about 20. I also run the engineering-wide InfoSec program and act as the single point of contact for security and tech audits. I restructured the AI engineering PMO with a standard release checklist and communication protocol, which made ~15 releases per quarter across multi-cluster deployments predictable. I replaced about 10 separate team status reports with one automated report, and led the org-wide Product Stability Initiative across Engineering, DevOps, SRE, QA, and PMO.

At Zee Entertainment, I ran the President's Office program portfolio and took GenAI programs from vendor evaluation through pilot to scaled rollout, across 100+ engineering and data staff. At Sugarbox Networks, I coordinated releases for 6 squads, cutting release cycle time by 30%, inter-squad spillovers by 50%, and week-over-week production issues by 70% over three months. Earlier, I led an Agile transformation for a 300+ person tech org at Cactus Communications. At Tata CLiQ, I delivered programs across 6 products, 2 marketplaces, and 8 channels, and earned a company-wide PC3 award for P&L impact.

What interests me most: AI and platform programs, building release governance where none exists, and AI-native program management. I'm currently using Claude and Power Automate to automate risk synthesis, dependency analysis, and executive reporting.

I'm open to remote Senior/Staff TPM roles, full-time or fractional. I'm CSM and CSPO certified and hold a B.E. in Computer Engineering.
