At Expedia Group, I’m Sole TPM leading the NDCx Airline program for Singapore Airlines end-to-end, owning scoping and architecture alignment through delivery. I run release management, drive cross-org dependency and compliance coordination, and oversee 3 concurrent programs spanning 20+ engineers, strengthening sprint governance with a risk matrix.
