What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise technology, platform, or fintech programs where I can strengthen PMO and release governance, align engineering and product teams, improve delivery predictability, and drive practical AI-enabled transformation.

At Q2, I lead release governance across 10 products and 25 teams, coordinating approximately 20 releases each month through CAB, RAID tracking, readiness reviews, and go/no-go decisions. I reduced last-minute release additions from 45% to 0% within three weeks by introducing structured governance.

I drive end-to-end technology programs across engineering, product, QA, and operations, from roadmap planning and requirements through launch readiness and post-launch reviews. I partner with executive stakeholders and technical leads to resolve dependencies, escalations, architecture blockers, and delivery trade-offs.

I led Q2’s Atlassian Jira and Confluence Cloud migration for 200+ users across 30 teams, and use Value Stream Mapping, Lean practices, workflow automation, and AI-assisted tools to improve delivery flow, reporting, and risk management.

Earlier, at Kyndryl and Persistent Systems, I led enterprise application, platform engineering, migration, and development programs while managing budgets, vendors, customer escalations, and engineering teams. Across 21+ years, I’ve built my foundation from application support, testing, and test architecture into program, PMO, and delivery leadership.
