What I'm looking for

I’m looking to help architecture and construction teams deliver end-to-end projects with strong risk, compliance, and cost control—plus practical digital PM templates and online training, fully remote and available globally.

I’m an Architect–Project Manager with 10 years delivering complex residential and commercial projects across India and the UK, managing 20+ projects and 10M+ budgets. I’m known for cutting costs while staying on-time and meeting compliance standards, from procurement strategy to contract administration and risk management. In my most recent role, I deliver end-to-end project management remotely across time zones and support clients with sustainable design solutions and stakeholder communication.

I also bring a strong teaching and training background, designing structured modules and mentoring 50+ students on real-world project management frameworks during my assistant professor roles. Complementing this, I’ve built digital PM templates and an online course (“Project Management for Architects”) for architecture graduates globally, supported by an MSc in Project Management (Northumbria University, 2024) and a proven track record of zero safety incidents through proactive H&S risk assessment protocols.
