Ritu Negi

I’m an Architect with a forward-thinking approach to designing innovative, functional spaces, with hands-on experience across residential and commercial projects. I translate complex client requirements into precise execution plans that improve project efficiency and client satisfaction.

Currently, I’m working as Project Architect for Lchangnang Retreat Rose studio in Delhi–Ladakh (November 2024–Present). I design residential projects, hospitality commercial projects, and office spaces—while leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.

I develop execution and working drawings, conduct site visits, and measure premises to ensure precise execution. I also manage site analyses and client consultations to prepare BOQS and execution plans for turnkey projects, including designs for flooring, electrical, and RCP.

Previously as an Associate Architect at Daftar Decor (Mohali), I collaborated on detailed site plans for commercial and industrial work, assisted with electrical drawings and estimates, and supported architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Photoshop. Earlier, as an Architect at RS Construction and Engineering, I created architectural plans and detailed drawings and contributed fresh design ideas for residential and commercial projects.
