What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, building, mixed-use, or commercial projects, with ownership of planning, contracts, procurement, quality, compliance, stakeholder governance, and close-out.

I've delivered JICA-funded healthcare facilities at RITES Limited, coordinating 12 facilities through structured reporting, procurement support, risk logs, stakeholder reviews, and client-ready design standards. I also supervised eight team members and produced decision-ready MIS, quarterly reports, DPRs, technical specifications, and cost estimates.

Across Oil India Limited's 168-unit residential development and earlier residential, commercial, and government projects, I've managed quality assurance, site progress, statutory compliance, structural design, drawings, and contractor coordination from planning through close-out.
