At Arcadis Global Excellence Centre, I support Morgan Stanley’s APAC real estate programmes by creating and maintaining programme documents aligned with business objectives and delivery requirements. I also apply version control and secure retrieval practices to support governance standards.
I coordinate with programme managers, SMEs, technical leads and senior stakeholders to gather inputs and validate content. My work includes executive summaries, decision memos, dependency logs and stakeholder-ready reporting.
At Savills India Pvt. Ltd., I led project initiation, RFP coordination, sourcing strategy, procurement and contract documentation for occupier and design-build assignments. I also prepared cost reports and budgets for projects including Framestore Visual Effects, Mumbai and Morgan Stanley Front Office Project, Worli.
Earlier, at Cushman & Wakefield, I managed planning, design coordination, procurement and closeout for BFSI and corporate office fit-outs, and performed a seconded PMO role for Deutsche Bank CRES. At JLL, I supported project documentation, site coordination and delivery tracking for corporate workplace projects.
