I’m looking for a role where I can align L&D strategy with business goals, design impactful learning for adult learners, and measure ROI. I want to grow programs that build AI readiness, support continuous improvement, and develop high-potential talent.

I’m a Learning and Development Manager with a strong foundation in instruction design and learning strategy, currently focused on building scalable programs that help employees grow and perform. At OHI, I drive learning interventions through needs assessment, targeted curriculum design, and training delivery that truly resonates with adult learners.

I also own performance-oriented coaching and continuous improvement—supporting reviews, developing talent, and evaluating effectiveness through measurement and ROI.
