I’m looking for a customer success role where I can lead ABM-led enterprise growth, drive renewals and pipeline influence, and partner with product/AI teams. I thrive in consultative environments using analytics to turn insights into revenue impact.

I’m a Customer Success professional who helps enterprises convert targeted engagement into measurable revenue outcomes. At BAMBOOBOX, I’ve influenced $1.88M in client deal pipelines through Account-Based Marketing strategies, and I’ve consulted 9 clients on ABM execution—driving $171K in renewal & cross-sell pipeline for managed services. I also deliver ABM workshops & playbooks so clients can scale targeted campaigns and accelerate revenue impact.

As a Founding Member (Customer Success) at AI4M Technology Pvt Ltd, I helped shape the customer growth motion from the ground up—raising a pre-seed round valuing the company at $1.43M. I crafted enterprise AI pitch materials that secured 2 enterprise accounts and generated a $400K pipeline for FY 24–25, then redesigned AI solutions to create strategic client value and contribute $130K revenue through targeted solution enhancements, renewals, and consulting interventions. Earlier, I worked as a Functional Consultant, bootstrapping vision-based solutions from 0 to $90K in FY 22–23 and applying AI to warehouse and OCR-enabled freight operations to reduce manual processing by 120 man-hours monthly.
