At SureNow LLC, I developed SureHealthOps, a scoped healthcare service management application published on the ServiceNow Store. I configured ambulance request and dispatch workflows and created lifecycle automation for treatment plans and related records.

I also developed a disposal transport lifecycle flow and managed update sets across development stories. I tested field validations, reference fields, auto-numbering, and flow execution, working from requirements translated into technical user stories.

I'm currently participating in ServiceNow's Global App Development Project, an 8-week hands-on program. I’m developing applications through requirements analysis, configuration, scripting, automation, testing, and iterative improvements.

Before my career break, I was an Informatica Developer at Tata Consultancy Services, where I developed ETL mappings and pipelines for a financial-services credit-risk reporting initiative. I also completed ServiceNow's NextGen Program to build my platform administration, application development, and ITSM skills.
