At EDII – TABIF, Trichy, I standardized food products under a NABARD project, improving consistency and compliance with food safety standards.

I also assisted with food packaging technology, quality practices, and event organization, and learned the basics of management and marketing strategies for food enterprises.

In my projects, I worked on standardizing retort processing of traditional cooked rice, including shelf-life and chemical analysis. I also developed vegan coconut tapioca pudding and tested its texture and consumer acceptability.

My training includes FoSTaC Basic Food Safety and Food Packaging Technology. I’m seeking an opportunity to apply my academic knowledge, gain industrial exposure, and support innovative and sustainable solutions in the food industry.
