What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a challenging role where I can apply my academic expertise and hands-on skills in nutrition, food quality, and food safety—helping drive organizational growth while supporting public health.

I’m a Food Science & Nutrition professional with hands-on internship experience in clinical nutrition and patient diet management, plus exposure to food service and hospitality operations. I’m currently pursuing my M.Sc. in Nutrition, Food Service Management & Dietetics (2024–2026), strengthening my ability to connect nutrition knowledge with food quality and safety.

My academic and practical work includes a research project on “Formulation and Quality Evaluation of Gluten-Free Poongar Rice and Sweet Potato Flour-Cocoa Based Waffle Premix,” covering physicochemical, sensory, and nutritional quality evaluation. I also completed food-focused certifications (including Food Microbiology) and I’m driven to apply nutrition, food quality, and food safety skills to support organizational growth and public health.
