I'm looking for opportunities in recruitment and HR operations where I can manage hiring processes, onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, and stakeholder coordination.

I'm currently a Jr Recruiter at Java Research & Development Pvt Ltd, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and professional networking platforms.

I screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, coordinate schedules with hiring managers, and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
