Priya Badham

I am an energetic industrial engineer with practical experience in electronic manufacturing, focused on VFDs, temperature controllers, HMI and PCU assemblies. I combine hands-on production support with process development to drive efficient ramp-ups and volume manufacturing.

In my current role I lead development of operation instructions, configure MES and SAP settings for NPI readiness, and validate HMI recipes and label approval processes. I monitor production metrics, log downtime, and revise work instructions to reflect engineering changes.

I have driven continuous improvement activities using Lean tools, performed time studies and line balancing, and supported capacity planning and data-driven reporting. I also manage operator-related planning, conduct physical audits, and resolve quality issues through structured problem solving.

I hold a B.E. in Biomedical Engineering and certifications including Google Digital Garage fundamentals. I seek roles where I can apply MES/SAP configuration, process optimization and NPI expertise to deliver measurable productivity and quality improvements.
