What I'm looking for

I seek an MES Engineer role in a collaborative GMP environment to lead Syncade implementations, author and validate EBRs, integrate MES with SAP/L2, and grow technically and into leadership.

I am an MES engineer with over five years of experience implementing and optimizing manufacturing execution systems, particularly Emerson Syncade. I design, author, and validate electronic batch records (EBRs) and recipes to ensure GMP compliance and improve process efficiency.

I have led full-cycle Syncade upgrades and workflow redesign projects, collaborating across QA, production, and automation teams to deliver validated systems with minimal production impact. I author and execute Kneat test scripts and use ServiceNow and ALM for change control and traceability. My efforts have streamlined workflows, improved operator efficiency and reduced downtime.

I have hands-on experience integrating MES with SAP, Level-2 systems, HMIs and equipment, and I own validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ), SOP creation and equipment module configuration. I routinely perform troubleshooting in development and production environments to minimize delays and ensure robust deployments.
