At EKA Mobility, I worked on assembly process planning, line balancing, and cycle-time calculations to support productivity, quality, and delivery performance.
I prepared process flow diagrams, PFMEA, control plans, and operational sequence documents for supervisors and operators. I also supported new product development through fitment trials, prototype builds, and equipment prove-out.
At John Deere India Pvt Ltd., I created visual operator method sheets and supported new-model builds and launches. I also contributed to process implementation, line balancing, and assembly root-cause analysis.
At Yazaki India Pvt Ltd., I worked as an assembly machine operator, making wire-harness connector assemblies. I completed a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and am pursuing a bachelor's degree in the same field at JSPM's Imperial College of Engineering and Research.
