At TAFE Motors & Tractors Ltd. (Eicher Tractors), I lead the greenfield MES implementation for DEUTZ manufacturing operations, from installation and commissioning through production rollout. The deployment covers approximately 70 shop-floor stations and links material and process traceability to finished-product records.
I integrate MES with PLCs, HMI/IPC and shop-floor devices, and support SAP/MES integration, UAT and production validation. I also implement process interlocks, quality gates and Poka-Yoke controls for manufacturing operations.
At Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., I led TCF line setup and capacity expansion for Mahindra Scorpio-N, and greenfield shop setup for BEV and UPP vehicle projects. My work included PLC and HMI programs, controls integration and commissioning, as well as Industry 4.0 initiatives using the Nerve System.
Earlier, I programmed PLC, HMI and SCADA systems at Falcon Autotech Pvt. Ltd. and Rexel India Pvt. Ltd., where I also led a migration to the Rockwell Automation Allen-Bradley PLC platform. At JK Systems & Nextech, I developed PLC/HMI code and supported vehicle assembly operations through control design, installation and troubleshooting.
