At Auckland Council, I manage complex regulatory and investigative matters from initial assessment through resolution, bringing together legislation, technical evidence and operational judgement. I also look for ways to improve how information is gathered, decisions are recorded and actions are followed through.

At Private Paradox Advisory, I designed a 46-step operating and compliance model for an FMA-regulated financial advice business and a 13-stage service-delivery pathway for a specialist professional practice. I integrated nine platforms into one workflow and built AI-assisted review tools and automation using Make.com and Notion.

At the Ministry for Primary Industries, I led development of VoyageLink, a digital assurance system for export voyages, and designed a vessel eligibility framework. Earlier, at Ballarat Health Services, I led an electronic medical record implementation that reached 91% adoption within six months.
